ANMEC offering new pathways into health care careers

15 December 2021

The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Education Centre (ANMEC), a service of the ANMF (SA Branch), is offering courses for people interested in a career in nursing as well as careers in the disability and aged care sectors.

The Diploma of Nursing is the qualification you need to become an Enrolled Nurse.

Enrolled Nurses are a vital part of the nursing and health team providing care for people across health, community and aged care settings.

This 18-month course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to undertake your role within a variety of health care settings and is delivered by highly qualified educators with current clinical experience.

The program offers 12 weeks of vocational work placements in a variety of health care settings – including hospitals and aged care in addition to simulated learning in our well equipped skills laboratories.

The next course starts January 24, 2022 (Monday and Tuesday classes).
