31 January 2020

In December 2019 CALHN released two surveys to staff regarding the Stage 3 Redevelopment projects at the Repat Health Precinct and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

ANMF has received the feedback report summarising the results.

Repat Health Precinct

In February 2019, the Minister for Health and Wellbeing announced a $70 million funding agreement to revitalise the Repat Health Precinct. As Part of the $70 million agreement the Federal Government committed $30 million for a new state-wide brain injury and spinal cord injury rehabilitation facility. As a result of this announcement, state-wide brain injury and spinal cord injury rehabilitation will relocate from Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre (HRC) to the Repat Health Precinct.

  • second inpatient building, the Basil Hetzel Research Institute and a multi-deck staff  carpark (Stage 2)
