Members raised concern after receiving a letter saying they had not followed work instructions by failing to attend mandatory training.
As members had not been rostered to attend in work time, or otherwise facilitated to attend in work time, as is entitled under the Enterprise Agreement, the ANMF has followed this matter up the Regional CEO.
We understand retraction letters are being sent out to affected members and that mandatory training is being rescheduled during paid time.
