An overwhelming ‘yes’ vote from nurses at RSL Care SA has resulted in a new enterprise agreement for nursing staff at the not for profit care provider. It provides for a total wage increase of 7.5%, payable in equal instalments over three years
The agreement will now be lodged with Fair Work Commission for formal approval.
The ANMF (SA Branch) has successfully negotiated with RSL Care SA to back-pay the first increase to the first full pay period commencing on/after 1 July 2018. This payment will be made as soon as possible, rather than awaiting formal approval which may take several months.
