Following the advocacy efforts of ANMF (SA Branch) members, the Adelaide City Council reinstated a number of unrestricted and 10P parking zones adjacent to the Park Lands for use by North Adelaide workers—including nurses and midwives working at health care sites in the area.
Other parking controls aside from those adjacent to Park Lands will remain in place, while further consultation is undertaken. The 28-day consultation period to submit feedback in relation to the current parking controls in the area began on 21 October and will conclude at 5pm on 18 November 2019.
