Venepuncture Workshop
This 3-hour interactive 'hands on' session will enable participants to understand the anatomy, techniques and safety related to Venepuncture together with the correct use of Venepuncture equipment and optimal specimen collection. These aspects, in conjunction with practical demonstration and practice will support the expansion of this skill set within a clinical setting. Participants will be provided with a Certificate of Attendance and a Log Workbook which they can complete and then present to their workplace for witnessing of successful venepuncture procedures.


Skill level: Basic

Suitable for: Registered Nurses, Registered Midwives and Enrolled Nurses
